The basic route of the trip is as follows:
1) We fly out from Heathrow to Cairns on Jan 2nd 2008 and arrive in Cairns on Jan 4th (4 days before deytrikhs birthday)!
We will work in Cairns for around a month buliding up a tan ready for the road trip down to Sydney.
The road trip - We will spend about 1 month travelling south to Sydney stopping off at the main attractions such as, The Whitsunday Islands, Fraser Island, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Byron Bay! Its all pretty sick!
Once in Sydney we will work there for around a further 2months getting lashed and generally being lads!
2) After our pretty hefty stint in Oz, we will fly out of Sydney on 2nd May to Christchurch, New Zealand!
The itinery for NZ consists of alot of milling aorund and sight seeing with a hint of bungee jumping and skydiving, depending on whether Hubbs' and Baz's weights are not over the bungee safe limits...whey oh!
We will spend around 3 hardcore weeks in NZ before flying out of Auckland on 23rd May to Nadi Airport, Fiji!
3) Whilst we are in Fiji for 2 weeks we will no doubt beat some locals at rugby, maybe do some marlin fishing and generally just lark around! By this time Hubbleday will no doubt look like a local due to his excessive amounts of Tanning enhancer lotion he will be putting on, Baz may be down to normal human weight after not eating properly for 5months, and my nose would have shedded many layers of skin as it is very close to the sun when i look up!
4) On the 8th June we will fly out of Nadi Airport and go striaght to Honolulu, Hawaii for a week!
In Hawaii we will put our surfing skills which we learned in Oz into good practice along north shores pipeline and no doubt die as a result. Seriously...we will chill out after a busy 5months of travelling...haha!
5) After Hawaii, we will fly to LA (USA) on 15th June. From here we will get lashed and get a car, obviously not at the same time and make our way to Vegas baby to hopefully win back what we have spent so far! after a few nights in Vegas, maybe staying at the hooter hotel...sick, we will drive the whole way across america to New York to doss around a bit before our final flight home from New York JFK to London Heathrow on 21st July 2008!
All sounds like a bit of a laugh! the only problem is is that Hubbs will not be able to look after his passport for more than a week, so it will probably be just me and Baz...oh well no great loss! haha.
